A National Historic Landmark, Meux Home Museum is a beautifully restored Victorian home built in 1888 by Dr. T.R. Meux. Featuring 10 rooms decorated in period furnishings, the museum offers docent-led tours pointing out the many surprising architectural intricacies the home has to offer, such as fish scale and patterned shingles to add texture and detailed, ornamental relief work. Located downtown, the museum is within walking distance from the Fresno Convention Center and St. Johns Cathedral.
Open Fri. - Sun. noon - 3:30 p.m.
Adults $5; Juniors (13-17) $4; Children (5-12) $3; Children under 5 are free.
